Pesë projektet e fundit të FKEE

FKEE ka mundësuar implementimin e masave të efiçiencës në energji, në objekte publike në të gjitha komunat e Republikës së Kosovës. Përmes financimit dhe ofrimit të ekspertizës, është mundësuar krijimi i komforit në 85 ndërtesa të përfunduara që janë në pronësi të komunave (objekte shkollore, qendra të mjekësisë familjare, salla sportive dhe kulturore etj.)
Masat e implementuara:
- Izolimi i mureve të jashtme
- Izolimi i kulmit
- Ndërrimi i dritareve dhe dyerve të jashtme
- Vendosja e ndriçimit LED
- Intervenimi/Ndërrimi i sistemit të ngrohjes
Investimet e përfunduara, kapin shifrën gjithsej 13 milionë e 591 mijë euro, të siguruara nga Bashkimi Evropian, Banka Botërore dhe Qeveria e Republikës së Kosovës.
Këto investime janë kryer përmes skemës kthyese, sipas se cilës, komunat kthejnë paratë tek FKEE brenda 15 viteve.
Kursimi i energjisë arrin deri në 26 GWh/vit, ndërsa emetimi i CO2 reduktohet deri në 5000 ton/vit.
- 17 projekte të reja të reja me buxhet 3 milionë e 727 mijë euro janë duke u zhvilluar.

FKEE po ofron subvencionimin me vlerën më të madhe deri më tani në Republikën e Kosovës, për pronarët e shtëpive individuale. Përmes projektit “ZBATIMI I MASAVE TË EFIÇIENCËS SË ENERGJISË PËR SHTËPITË INDIVIDUALE TË BANIMIT”, nga thirrjet publike të vitit 2023 dhe 2024, kanë përfituar 3, 875 familje subvencionim të masave të efiçiencës me 45% të shumës së investimit (50% në rastet e bashkëpronësisë ose pronares grua).
Masat e subvencionuara:
- Izolimi i mureve të jashtme
- Izolimi i kulmit
- Ndërrimi i dritareve dhe dyerve të jashtme
Shuma e disbursuar është 10 milionë e 350 mijë euro, fond i Bashkimit Evropian, i siguruar përmes Qeverisë së Republikës së Kosovës.
Kursimi i energjisë arrin deri 100 GWh/vit ndërsa ulja e emetimit të CO2 34 000 ton/vit.
