The Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund informs the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo that the 5-million-euro budget allocated for the “Implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures for Individual Residential Houses” project is nearing completion.
Therefore, all interested parties are invited to take advantage of the 45% subsidy (with an additional 5% for houses owned by women or jointly owned by a couple), up to a maximum limit of 5,500 euros. They are encouraged to make use of the remaining time before the potential early closure, as stated in the public call announcement.
We would like to remind you that applications are being reviewed in the order they are submitted. Any applications submitted with incorrect documents are being removed from the list, giving applicants the opportunity to reapply.
Those who receive the pre-approval letter must adhere to further rules outlined in the public call until the process is completed when they receive the funds. Therefore, works should only commence after receiving pre-approval from KEEF and must be completed no later than December 31, 2024.
