The Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund (KEEF) informs all beneficiaries of the “Implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures for Individual Residential Houses” call who have completed the works but have not applied yet, that they must submit their documents for disbursement by July 31, 2024.
The required documents for disbursement must be sent only to the email disbursimi@fkee-rks.net and should include the following:
(1) A signed reimbursement form (https://fkee-rks.net/thirrjet-publike/);
(2) A copy of the signed Pre-approval Letter;
(3) A copy of ID card (with personal number);
(4) Bank account confirmation or a copy of the bank card (front page);
(5) Invoices for completed works (invoices must be in the beneficiary’s name);
(6) A copy of bank transaction payments for all invoices;
(7) Completion of the agreement addendum signed by both the contractor and the beneficiary;
(8) Agreement with the contractor for all works, when the company has also purchased materials and completed the work (if applicable).
Citizens were informed of the application deadline via email on May 30, 2024 and July 5, 2024.
In order to comply with the deadlines set in the decision of the KEEF Board, dated February 2, 2024 with protocol No. 247/2024, any application submitted after July 31, 2024 will not be considered by KEEF.
