KEEF informs responsible institutions that the establishment of the database, as agreed upon during the meeting held on May 23, 2024, should have been completed by June 2024, specifically by June 28th. At this point, there are several institutions (both central and local) that have either not reported at all or have not reported according to the necessary specifications.
Regarding the progress of this process, KEEF would like to inform and reiterate the following issues:
- The deadline for submitting the lists based on the requirements specified in the reporting form sent via email has been extended until Friday, July 12, 2024.
- Inaccurate and incomplete reporting or failure to comply with the requirements of the form, will result in the respective institution or specific facility for which information is missing not qualifying for further proceedings and will be excluded from the list for potential investment benefits from KEEF.
- Failure to report by July 12, 2024, indicates that the respective institution or municipality does not wish to participate in the project for investments in public facilities and therefore they will be removed from the list of potential beneficiaries for this project.
For this reason, KEEF urges municipalities and other public institutions at the local and/or central level to accurately and promptly complete the reporting process.
