Work has begun on the first selected facilities of the Municipal Energy Efficiency Project (MEEP) in order to implement energy efficiency measures. The beneficiaries of this project are municipal facilities that have applied to the public calls of the KEEF to improve energy efficiency in their public buildings and street lighting systems. A capital of 15 million euros will be used to fund these measures in municipal public infrastructure, specifically in schools, healthcare centers, and all buildings managed by the Municipalities of Kosovo. The project is supported by the World Bank, the European Union, and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
