Following the signing of energy service agreements with municipalities benefiting from the new investment package, the Managing Director of the Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund, Mr. Ahmet Ismaili, and the Mayor of the Municipality of Rahovec, Mr. Smajl Latifi, have signed four (4) Energy Services Agreements for four (4) school facilities in the Rahovec municipality.
The investments in necessary efficiency measures in the aforementioned buildings amount to 969 thousand euros, and are expected to be completed by 2023.
The schools benefiting from this project, supported by the EU Office in Kosovo, the World Bank, and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, are:
- “Rilindja” School,
- “Gëzim Hamza – Piktori” School,
- “Dëshmorët e Zatriqit” School,
- “Faik Konica” School.
