About Arsim
Arsim Osmani represents the Association of Kosovo Municipalities on issues related to energy,
transparency, and local democracy. He has over 20 years of professional experience in local
governance. He has led dozens of projects supported by international donors, including GIZ,
USAID, and the EU, helping municipalities develop professional capacities and implement
modern public management practices. He has also participated in the U.S. Department of State’s
IVLP program, which is the U.S. government’s premier professional exchange program.
Osmani has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund
since March 2025.
